SpeechChat

SpeechChat is a web-based chat client for Twitch and YouTube that reads incoming chat and events aloud through text-to-speech — handy for keeping up with chat while your eyes and hands are on the game, or for adding a spoken layer to your alerts. It runs in the browser with no install, and you can tune the voices and which messages get read. Free to use.
