Sound Alerts is one of the most common ways to add viewer-triggered sound effects to a Twitch stream — fans redeem channel points or Bits to play sounds you’ve set up, with an OBS-friendly setup and a library to start from. It installs as a Twitch Extension, so it ties straight into your channel’s points and Bits with no separate account juggling. There’s a solid free tier, with paid plans for more sounds and features.
